A potential bsky thread and/or blog post for another day, methinks. Even if it's well after the hype of this meme, it'd be fun.

LRPs, the breakdown I could write with how each of these animes and games influenced core aspects of my artwork and projects, though. I mean what is a deity's transformation magic if not a reimagined form of digivolution and magical-girl transformation? In addition to my Pokemon and Sanic OCs lol

And another one while I'm at it -- "The 9 Games That Shaped Who I Am" For better or worse, these video games were probably most influential on me growing up -- and even in more recent times -- with the collective hours I've spent playing and completing them all. #my9games // my9games.com/en/edit

Finally lmao -- "The 9 Anime That Shaped Who I Am" I regret to inform you all that I was a late bloomer with anime TV series, and my formative ones kinda reflect that. They either age me severely or they feel too recent to be "formative," but it is what it is. #my9animes // my9animes.com/en/edit

Me taking that dialect language quiz going around and.................... I'm not upset by the result. Not an exact match, but the general area is close. I feel called tf out though /liSTEN--

Screenshot of my heatmap result from the MyDialect "Standard Language Quiz," where "Redder areas talk more like you; bluer areas least." My map is reddest in the Southern/Southeast part of the US.

Brief breakdowns for "Cities most & least like you" (mainly in the Southeast US), and "What gave you away." One of which being that I pronounce caramel with 3 syllables ("carra-mel").

Finally found time to start displaying my prints and wall art again. Starting with the collection I've been so precious about preserving for like... 3+ years KSDFJDSKFS-- These are all prints from Reyhan's Ancient Gods KS from a while back. I finally got the right material to display them properly!

[Genshin] In fairness I have a premium Lunar Bloom team (Nefer, Lauma, Columbina, Baizhu) that shreds through everything that doesn't resist Dendro But that team won't do me any favors with the two bosses I cannot stand who heavily require Natlan and perma-freeze teams now will it 🤪🤪🤪

Finally played thru Genshin's latest Archon quest -- 10 Acts in one version, jfc Nod Krai. It was very good but very, very long 😭 They /could/ have tightened bits of the dialogue without losing value in the storytelling, I feel. But I appreciated that they had visible save points to pause if needed

[HSR] Oops I lost track of my recent HSR summons ✨ Mainly because I haven't been keeping up with the story updates, and I'm low key just pulling for my favorites in niche metas (Superbreak and Follow-up). Genuinely don't know who I'll grab next lol--

Quickly sharing my haul from #Megacon2026! And from Universal for the AE figurine I snagged back there-- It was a fun time browsing Artist Alley and dealers' booths, and enjoying the theme park after-hours with my friend @littlescorpio.bsky.social (who was a lovely host this entire weekend) \o/!! 💕

A photo of multiple prints, charms, pins, plushies, and other items purchased from the Artist Alley and Dealers' booths of Megacon 2026 -- taken at a slight angle with a focus on the plushies (details in next image).

Another photo of multiple prints, charms, pins, plushies, and other items purchased from Megacon’s Artist Alley and Dealers' booths, taken from above.

Aside from the convention badges, it features a Scizor and Noibat plushie; various pins/charms/prints from Pokemon, Sonic, Genshin, and HSR; a pin of Ammit from Egyptian Mythology; and a closed box of a figurine from the Sahara Trades gift shop at Universal Studios (it's Anubis with scales, for anyone curious--)

Trying to mimic the pose of the real logo really highlights how "off model" I like to draw Gallade. And I'm not just referring to their donut-shaped hips (I refuse--).

[PKMN-ZA] I'm not playing the DLC rn cuz I don't have the time/interest/funds rn, but I still peaked at all the new Megas. I'll thread any thoughts in case anyone's still avoiding spoilers \o/...!

Teni (Casual Acct) @colacanvas.bsky.social · 06/12/2025

[PKMN-ZA] The more I think on it, the most likely I'll probably skip out on the upcoming DLC. At least, certainly not getting it day one if I do at all. I'm sure it will be fun, but as of now with the limited marketing, it just... feels like something that should have been a free-post game DLC.

[Genshin] /Well/... I had the strangest feeling this could happen when I saw Durin appear on the first pull of ten… and finally the last 😂 I guess I got a bit of a damage buff on top of his other benefits. But I also got my C3 Jahoda along the way!!!! (and C6 Faruzan and Bennett finally, I guess--)

[PKMN-ZA] Annnnnnnd rolled credits u m u ) Gonna play post game stuff but overall, that was a fun ride!! I enjoyed it a lot and feel it was on par with the first Legends, if not a little better. This is the team I ended the main story with, but my entire Rotation team were in their level 70s+

[PKMN-ZA] Fleur has an Impish nature (not ideal meta wise but, mints exist--), and I've been trying to reconcile how she would act with my trainer, but this set of photo conveys seems to convey their familiarity quite well.

Two screenshots of my playable trainer enjoying a cafe with her Meganium, Fleur-de-Lis

The second screenshot was caught mid-blink, so it looks like Fleur is squinting knowingly down at her trainer (or maybe the desserts on the plate), while my trainer smiles back up at her.

I think… I finally thought of a nicknaming theme, for my 'mons o)------< As mentioned, I didn't want to name them after OCs, but wanted to give them /some/ sort of theme like I did with my Legend Arceus team. I think what I have will work well though, and it helps that most of the terms are French…

Teni (Casual Acct) @colacanvas.bsky.social · 20/10/2025

[PKMN-ZA] Getting the hang of Rogue Mega Battles and honestly, they're a lot of fun!! They feel like actual boss battles, similar to nobles in Legends Arceus Also a lot less frustrating that Alphas in wild zones tbph /less factors to focus on aside from "Dodge and Mega evolve as soon as possible--"

000

Teni (Casual Acct) @colacanvas.bsky.social · 19/10/2025

[PKMN-ZA] With all sincerity, fuck this alpha Clawitzer and this wild zone in general LMAO;; If the alpha wasn't gunning for me the other mons were, I was so heated I had fully surveyed the area but wanted to beat this particular one on principle /in this wild zone/ just to convince myself I could
