Four really great drams. The distinctive Benromach flavours shine through in each of them. I have loved the 15yo for a very long time, but I am very intrigued by the Wine cask finish and the 12yo. Will be looking to pick up at lease one of them asap. The 21yo was incredible. #benromachwhisky

Stewed fruits, thickly shredded marmalade, orange oil, milk chocolate and then smoke. It starts off so restrained and then the flavours build. Amazing. #benromachwhisky

Rather than adding water to it, I’ve started swirling it in my mouth before I drink. Seems to have the same effect but doesn’t dilute it. Means I can go back to it after a few and see if my slightly tipsy taste buds have changed #Benromachwhisky

Benromach 15 - palate The sherry cask really comes through. Loads of black cherry, dark chocolate and forest fruits. Peppery and the usual Benromach gentle peat. What’s not to love #BenromachWhisky

Dram three of the night is the 15 yo. Long been a favourite of mine. On the nose you get tons of spices. Ginger, mint and a bit of cinnamon. Apple crumble, blackberries, sticky toffee pudding #Benromachwhisky
