@bomb.sh/tty is the low-level layout engine and input parser that powers our forthcoming tui libraries. think we can get this even smaller, but our baseline is now v0.9.0 at 113 kB (0 deps) compared to v0.6.0 at 830 kB (0 deps) @opentui/core at 21 MB (9 deps) ink at 7.8 MB (36 deps)

I used @dreamhost.bsky.social for my sites for over 15 years before switching over to github pages. Their support was personal and second to none, and it's good to see them still around. If I weren't a developer there's no doubt I'd be with them still. Highly recommend for non-technical folks.

When my daughter was four years old and I'd instruct her not to do something she would often reply "but you don't understand, I *want* to" I think about this often whenever the most explicit constraint directives do not in actuality constrain an agent's behavior.

Absolutely it depends. What I'm pushing back on is the idea that it _must_ be one or the other which frames a lot of the discourse. We don't worry about routing water when we're in the shower. We just let it fall naturally towards the drain. A plumber on the other hand must be explicit.

"stack exceptions" vs "result values" is a false choice. Use a result value when you are making flow control decisions based on the success or failure of an operation; usually in framework code. Use unwinding stack exceptions when not.
