At that point he's one of the NPCs you need to recruit to Francel's vision of what the area could be. His reaction largely depends on what you told his dad unless you've already recruited @bladeofhonor.etheirys.social in which case they're a matched set don't separate.

Non-WoL OC, so he's got a much smaller selection than my main girl. His OG class was ARC as a kid growing up in Tallfeather, but switched to LNC when he joined the Convictors. Following his accident, though, he's mostly DOL/DOH plus jobs where tech can compensate for his disability such as GNB.
