Reposted by Codyitch.io @itch.io · 09/12/2024I kid you not, @itch.io has been taken down by Funko of "Funko Pop" because they use some trash "AI Powered" Brand Protection Software called Brand Shield that created some bogus Phishing report to our registrar, iwantmyname, who ignored our response and just disabled the domain 6633015411520
Cody @codyq.dev · 09/12/2024I really hope you guys look into suing them. Leaving a computer responsible to such reports, which harm y’all and the games on y’all’s platform financially, entirely automatically is insane and should have consequences. 000
Cody @codyq.dev · 30/11/2024If you don’t have access to the DNS options then you’d click on the other tab in step #4. It lets you verify by uploading a file to the site. 010
Cody @codyq.dev · 30/11/2024I severely dislike Mastodon’s handles. They’re inherently tied to the server you’re on and migrating to a new server requires you to change handles. You don’t need access to the DNS to verify a domain on Bluesky either, though it can’t be a page like “foo.com/name” if that’s what you meant. 200
Reposted by CodyScott Kelly @stationcdrkelly.bsky.social · 20/11/2024On day 17 of my 340 days in space, I saw this blue butterfly while flying over the Gulf of Mexico. Maybe it was a sign. Looks like I’m on a new orbit—hello, Bluesky! 47887145

Cody @codyq.dev · 18/11/2024Is there a starter pack for indie game devs and graphics programming? I’ve been getting interested more in these lately. A place to discover starter packs & lists would be nice. 010
Cody @codyq.dev · 17/11/2024What kind of a question is that? Of course I want to see a real weird light bulb! 000
Cody @codyq.dev · 12/11/2024Yes. Canonical userdata is hosted on a PDS which you can host yourself today. atproto.com/guides/self-...atproto.comSelf-hosting - AT ProtocolSelf-hosting a Bluesky PDS means running your own Personal Data Server that is capable of federating with the wider ATProto network. 010
Cody @codyq.dev · 11/11/2024I closed this on iOS and the videos continued playing. It wont stop lol. I force close Bluesky and it persists. Thank you Tim Apple. 010
Cody @codyq.dev · 06/11/2024One of my least favorite parts about Twitter is how small the character limit is and I’m sad it’s so low on this platform as well. Even just like 500 characters would make such a huge difference. 000
Cody @codyq.dev · 29/10/2024I’ve never personally had an issue dual booting (I suspect because I’ve always put the different operating systems on different drives) but I’ve met other people that have had similar issues after Windows updates. It happens. 110
Cody @codyq.dev · 28/10/2024Bro measures himself on if he can remember how much memory his friends have 💀 I have 64 tho yea 110
Cody @codyq.dev · 28/10/2024See I just don’t close software. There’s pretty much always an IDE (or 2!) open on my system, some database running, multiple windows on multiple browsers, exc. Sometimes I even leave Minecraft open. Luckily I don’t have to change my habits because I have enough memory where I don’t have to care. 😛 210
Cody @codyq.dev · 28/10/2024I like everything open and ready for whenever I need it ok ;-; My system is using 25GB right now and I’m watching House MD. 100
Cody @codyq.dev · 28/10/2024Yeah haha imagine that Couldn’t imagine using more than half a gig. Definitely don’t idle at like 15GB haha that’d be silly.media.tenor.coma close up of a man sweating with water dripping from his face .ALT: a close up of a man sweating with water dripping from his face . 110
Cody @codyq.dev · 25/10/2024You're gonna make it to 705 in a few days at this rate! Seriously impressive. When I saw how many likes there were I really didn't think you'd actually have responded past _maybe_ 100. 000

Cody @codyq.dev · 25/10/2024Oh they become unreadable if they're too long too—short like this one is though is no problem 110
Cody @codyq.dev · 25/10/2024Hot take maybe but this is perfectly readable. I feel like nested ternaries only become an issue once you have a ternary between the ? and : of another one. Still prefer languages where if is just an expression though. 18 and 19 are still adults tho. 110
Cody @codyq.dev · 25/10/2024It’d be like if my friend was talking about cutting out carbs from their diet and I responded with “You were eating carburetors? But you’re not a motorized vehicle! This statement you made implying you were eating carburetors is absurd and makes absolutely zero sense!” 030
Cody @codyq.dev · 25/10/2024He is being disingenuous. Bluesky uses cryptography as does just about every single website to some extent. It’s obvious from context though this isn’t what you meant by crypto so bringing it up is massive nerd emoji behavior. 140
Cody @codyq.dev · 23/10/2024Ah. I saw the progress bar changed but must’ve missed the logo change somehow haha. 120
