Okay so @SimEdw was right - fine tuning a model really can get you great results. Fine tuned Qwen 3.5 2B and getting better results than stock Gemma 4 which is 5x larger 🎈 Ready to go in mmbl 😎

So 3 days ago I asked Astra to figure a way to make my model spend cheaper on a side project by optimising how I was using the output across shared accounts. It’s now 28x more cost efficient without any change in user functionality. Oh and traffic was up on these days. Insane.

I did it again... I didn't want Umami taking up 500mb of my VPS so I built a tiny OS Go alternative that takes up 10mb. Does it do as much? No. Does it track views, referrers, events, Google Search terms, attribute against Polar, have realtime graph and MCP support? Yes. 👇🏼

Experimenting with some gradient effects to give stored links in Stowdrop a bit more pop. What do people think? 3rd one is just a funky gradient from the colour of the tag you've got rather than a preview of the stored link.

FPLXI has a 67% conversion from users trying the tool for free to signing up for an account. 6% of users pay for Pro. I think that's a pretty good conversion but I probably need to work on getting more users trying it out

I don't want to pay for Sentry. So I built a tiny, self-hosted alternative that uses around 8 MB of memory with an open-source iOS app that sends errors straight to my phone. No Slack. No Telegram. No subscription. It’s called Boop and it's 100% free & open source.

Noticed something potentially huge - adding an /llms.txt route to 3 of my sites last week has led to traffic from OpenAI directly which wasn’t there before. May be a coincidence but may be not, add it to your own apps and see. Will be adding it to PhoenixSaaSKit on next release
