I have used Headspace for years to meditate. After a while, I wasn’t getting much more value out of it and decided to go unguided with simple sound queues to notify me of key moments. Yesterday I created with the help of Codex three variations at 10m,20m and 30m with different sounds.

Upgrading my BYD to 2.2.0 firmware version seems to have brought comfort driving feature along with other improvements. Useful for when you have a driving routine that needs the car / seats cool or warm at specific times of the day.

Man, Claude Code has been such a great auto pilot these two days. Managed to upgrade Postgres from 16 to 18, do various updates and also implement a massive feature I wanted for my side project. Backups management. Super happy to get all of that done.
