I was asked if I celebrate the Fourth of July My father, the former Navy seal, fought for the right for me to say "nah I'm good this year" Maybe next year.

In my life, I've had more people not appreciate me and what I do until I'm gone. But then when I don't wanna come back, I'm the bad guy.

For those not understanding how Austria got the extra minute between more stoppage within the stoppage and they were transitioning into a counter. The referees discretion is to see the result of both.

Also randomly someone without knowing receiving my children, said two sentence in today… There's no way you're not a girl dad. I'm not gonna lie that might be the coolest thing anyone's ever said to me🤣😂

What's the weirdest thing about me? I don't like people. With very few exceptions. I genuinely don't like people. However, PLOT TWIST, I am very good with people.... like I work well with others. I could not be more confused by that if I tried.

KL Martin @codenameleon.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

I just don't argue with people. I know think they're equal based on AI. Available information in summarization of that does not make us. If you don't do work, I'm not worried. I'll just say I agree to disagree move on.

I legitimately had to explain in great detail to a class of screenwriting students without being discouraging, if you're doing this to get rich, drive down to Primm California, and buy a lotto ticket. Same odds. If you're doing it to become famous, drop this course immediately

Having two kids 15 months and 29 days apart has accidentally turned me into a student of children’s television. My oldest loves Bluey and The Wiggles. Bluey is one of the best shows on television, period. But The Wiggles have become a weird creative obsession.

1/ One of the funniest parts of this whole saga is that it apparently ended with a boomer screenwriter TIM DAY,getting upset enough to report me. All because I pushed back after one of his friends decided it was a good idea to comment under a photo of my child.

I converted to Judaism 20 years ago. I get why Israel’s leveling Gaza—Hamas hides among civilians. I don’t like it, but I understand the logic. But don’t tell me you can strike Iran with precision and avoid civilians, yet not in Gaza. That’s not ending a war—it’s ending a people.

Perhaps I'm a step slow, but spending $300M on an election to end up down $30B less than six months later doesn't scream 200IQ move to me.. anyone thinking this ? ;

Wes Anderson has fallen too far into the stylistic aspects of what what he does. The best way I could describe it is Wes Anderson is an analog photographer , writing Instagram captions in screenwriting form. and I LOVE WES ANDERSON. But he has lost his grip on how humans interact #scriptsky

Took me 42 years, but I’ve cultivated a healthy fear around approaching me wrong or unprepared. People don’t bring chaos or half-baked plans or ideas anymore. I genuinely love that. I genuinely hope I could translate that to my children lol

Telling screenwriters it’s fine to “just write” feels wildly irresponsible right now. If you want your project made—short or feature—you have way better odds learning to produce or direct. Script comps aren’t the path anymore. That era’s over. #scriptsky

Producers with no skill at excited for AI because now the skill they don’t want learn but make money off of is easily accessible. I have no problem with AI. It has its uses but I was just emailed an AI generated script to “rewrite” for my normal fee who passed it off as his own. Smh #scriptsky
