I am not religious. I just think churches are aesthetically pleasing, and offer a lot of symbolism and meaning to those who do believe.

OKAY SO LIKE. FORGOT TO DO AN UPDATE TO THE 2025 MEDIA THREAD FAV ALBUM WAS NINAJIRACHI'S 'I love my computer" It's a 45 minute long album styled like a live mix, sorta. the songs flow perfectly and capture the vibes of early 2010s internet browsing. it BARELY beats out spiritbox's Tsunami Sea

"hard" sci-fi is when there's a butch with an undercut and a grease stained tank top "soft" sci-fi is when there's a femme with a holographic dress and strange psychic powers

I hate that people on steam fucking ragefarm by simply asking for LGBT rep in games with toxic communities what i hate more is that the ragefarming works, it makes me, someone who WANTS the small things like pride flags for my profile, feel like shit

"we should make a testing team" is the yugioh duelist version of white men's "we should start a podcast"

people talk about male manipulator music all the time but never mention Highly Suspect, the cross between male manipulator music and divorced dad rock

010

Jayyyyy @codeheiress.bsky.social · 22/05/2025

Rainy days like today make me miss highschool/living in the trailer. On days like this, I'd blast my like, divorced dad rock/pop punk/metalcore playlist, open the windows, turn off the lights, and I'd read fanfiction. I'd have a can of green tea next to me, and I'd just read like, White Rose fics

Jayyyyy @codeheiress.bsky.social · 08/05/2025

One of my main motivations to like, get good at yugioh and top events and stuff is to show YGO players that you CAN dress outside of the default nerd fit and still play the game at a higher level. Fr these bitches have 0 drip once it gets to top cut

010

Jayyyyy @codeheiress.bsky.social · 01/05/2025

Like, yeah these decks are VERY strong, but that means nothing if you can't keep up the good performance 8-10 hours into a regional or YCS. It's why decks like Ryzeal are so popular at events- takes less brain space to play them.

000

Jayyyyy @codeheiress.bsky.social · 01/05/2025

One thing I don't think YGO players talk about enough when discussing deck strength is endurance- A deck could be SUPER good, but highly complicated (Like Memento or Lab can be), but if you're firing on all cylinders for 8 rounds of an event, you WILL burn out at some point and start slipping up

I wanna start vtubing as the dysphoria and such has hit a point that I don't want to be associated with my Flesh:tm: anymore, but the ideas I had were based around being an AI and well......... might not be the best time for that I suppose.

I genuinely think this might be one of my favorite games, but I GUESS THERES MULTIPLE FUCKING ENDINGS SO????????? I GOTTA GO EXPERIENCE THOSE FIRST

100

Jayyyyy @codeheiress.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

❄️2. Signalis I don't play survival horror games, bc im kinda a coward. I dislike experiencing horror to the degree that I generally avoid it, but I was told multiple times to play this. I won't speak on the mechanics as a SH game as I don't have much experience with it. Story made me cry. Alot

Okay yeah the latter half of the album is quite strong. Deep End is a perfect ending song. TLDR The album fucks, give it a listen.

Jayyyyy @codeheiress.bsky.social · 09/03/2025

1) Spiritbox's new album, Tsunami Sea. Shit fucking RIPS. Opening with an absolute heater like Fata Morgana was an absolutely amazing choice, and thusfar (only halway through the album) there are NO skips. Soft Spine is a standout though, I can see the pits going crazy during it.
