#plants update: while I may have killed my gf’s venus fly trap…repotting her umbrella plant went very well! And after almost a decade I’m finally going to take good care of my snake plant 🐍 Removed all the stretched leaves, and put them in a fairly brighter spot (gotta wean them onto good light!)

For what seems like no reason at all, YouTube has turned on a default feature where sharing a YT video attaches your account to the share link. Copying Instagram or something, I'm sure. Fortunately they let us turn it off...for now

Pretty brilliant! I mean it's just a very simple movement but as someone who has tried to teach himself and others how to hinge properly for deadlifts etc., I didn't realise how helpful just "sliding your hands down your thighs to your knees" was as a cue for keeping your back properly neutral
