Okay, wild question. Growing up, in your school or pubic library, did you guys have books that were just. Novelizations of kid's shows? After stumbling upon a video about 'Square One' and 'Mathnet', I realized I read Mathnet books as well as novelized Pokemon episodes (up through Johto)

He felt lied to (by omission) and since he's not the brightest with magical stuff, he doesn't understand the context and feels like he helped murder an innocent stranger (didn't help the party member in their attempt at levity referred to the party as 'accomplice').

Context: the party was asked to stop one of the player's contacts from being almost guaranteed to die. After doing so, the party member revealed the death was 100% supposed to happen, so by saving her, someone else would die instead. My himbo monk who went in ready to save her was crushed.
