Okay, wild question. Growing up, in your school or pubic library, did you guys have books that were just. Novelizations of kid's shows? After stumbling upon a video about 'Square One' and 'Mathnet', I realized I read Mathnet books as well as novelized Pokemon episodes (up through Johto)

So, Chessex's new mimic mystery dice boxes kinda inspired me to design a new OC! A mage thought he was trying an animation spell on a normal chest; turned out to be a mimic. The party couldn't abandon them, so they brought him along and named him Locke!

So, Locke isn't able to carry his own money due to not understanding society yet. Because of this, he has to ask the party to pay for his stuff. However, he's still not understanding why he needs to wear clothes... (Cameo from @mattdraws.bsky.social's Ray in his fantasy AU!)

So, Locke can fluently speak monster, and turns out most slimes are just horny (they reproduce via osmosis and just meld when they try to hump each other). Seems like his party caught him in the middle of... "negotiations" with the slimes of this dungeon.
