#SNAP fraud isn’t about widespread misuse by recipients. Fraud represents a small share of overall benefits, but we remain vigilant. Criminals stealing benefits through skimming hurt families who rely on SNAP, which is why NJ is introducing EBT chip cards to help protect benefits
