In 2019, Carlina passed legislation prohibiting the capture of wild birds. We've been getting troubling reports of pigeon netting in NYC neighborhoods, which we forward to NYPD + DOHMH. As PA is the last state that allows pigeon shooting for sport, we're urging the PA house to ban the practice.
