M.H. is a U.S. citizen, and each time he asked the ICE agents who unlawfully detained him if they could loosen his handcuffs, the officers squeezed them tighter. We're suing the Trump administration on behalf of everyone brutalized by federal agents’ reckless and illegal tactics in Minneapolis.
