Fix your hearts or die. You know how many of us joke that Pride month should be followed by Wrath? This year I feel a deep, burning fury towards all who use transgender lives as political propaganda. We are human beings. You cannot erase us. Happy Pride. Trans liberation at any cost. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

A digital illustration showing a knight in full armour. They are riding on a black steed which is mostly out of frame. The frame in question is green and shows a chain going around as a decorative element. That chain is broken by the knight's raised sword. From the knight's chest bursts a roaring flame in the colours of the trans pride flag.

Even though the ship dims the lights for a balanced day/night cycle, Floof keeps working, tinkering away and fixing stuff in the old engineering department. _ Scene Illustration for @clragon.clynamic.net ! I love bugs in old spaceships... #scifi

An illustration of a light brown anthro moth wearing a yellow tank top and a jumpsuit tied to the waist. He is sitting on a stool in front of a metal workbench, examining a component from a machine. He is illuminated by a large hologram showing diagrams and graphs, and is surrounded by many things. The entire room is cluttered with tech, weapons, cables, while the walls are filled with meters, orange crt screens and such. A window leads to the outside, showing a purple nebula in the dark reaches of space. The room extends into darkness beyond a locker with a jumpsuit and some personal assets.

tear in the spacesuit. a piece about C-PTSD, realization that leads to breakdown, and a loss of coping #art #furry #furryart

an illustration of a silver-white wolf in a spacesuit. the wolf is reaching out towards the POV. her space helmet is cracked on one side; the cracked half is opaque, spiderwebbing in a way that the glass looks like the moon. the intact half is clear, showing her face with her mouth parted and her eye staring ahead intensely. air depicted as red smoke ejects from her helmet and a tear in the arm of her suit, creating clouds around her. the distant earth is faintly reflected in her helmet. an asteroid is depicted over her chest like a heart, leaving a dazzling trail of orange and red sparks that tear up her suit.

I've been seeing a lot of pixel artists struggle with Bluesky's image compression, so I'd thought I'd share how to get clear, crisp pixels on the site! Share to help a fellow pixel-artist! #pixelart #tutorial

When uploading to Bluesky, remember to resize your works to 800%!

Why? Images are converted to .jpeg when uploaded. .jpeg compresses the image into 8x8 pixel blocks.

If a block has more than one colour, that dreaded compression occurs!

I never posted this here, but I made a pretty big write-up over on Tumblr for anyone interested in learning #pixelart! It's a guide on software, fundamentals, jargon and resources. Since links are legal on Bsky I can share it: www.tumblr.com/tofupixel/75... #tutorial Hope someone finds it useful!

A screenshot of a tumblr post reading:

"Title: So you want to learn pixel art?
Subtitle: Part 1 of ??? - The Basics!

Hello, my name is Tofu and I'm a professional pixel artist. I have been supporting myself with freelance pixel art since 2020, when I was let go from my job during the pandemic."

Two images comparing artistic improvement, the left is of a rudimentary tree, and the right is of a statue in a wall recess surrounded by plants and dappled light.

"My progress, from 2017 to 2024. IMO the only thing that really matters is time and effort, not some kind of natural talent for art.

This guide will not be comprehensive, as nobody should be expected to read allat. Instead I will lean heavily on my own experience, and share what worked for me, so take everything with a grain of salt. This is a guide, not a tutorial. Cheers!"

Pixel artists! 🗣 When posting your art on here, if you don't want it completely mangled, export at 16x the original size (or a multiple of 8) because JPEG processes blocks of 8 pixels. At 16x, the artifacts are very minimal, and similar to JPEG quality of 100%, even with a quality of 20%!

Some pixel art scaled up 10x, showing the excessive JPEG artifacts introduced. JPEG quality is 80%.

Some pixel art scaled up 8x, showing the less aggressive JPEG artifacts introduced. JPEG quality is 80%.

Some pixel art scaled up 16x, showing the extremely minimal JPEG artifacts introduced. JPEG quality is 20%.

This is it, the "final" version of one of the most important sexual technologies of the 21st century It has the ability to unlock powerful secret knowledge previously hidden to society Please direct people to this version

It's the "Humanoid-Anthro-Alien Sex Triangle" an increasingly hard to describe triangle graph plot thing

the top is labeled "furries", bottom left is "elf fuckers", and bottom right is "monster fuckers" with various creatures defined in different areas such as the orc fucker subcluster and the vampires intersecting circle

there's also the very important "post-furry contiuum intersection" which spans from living dolls to appliance fuckers

there's also an internal kobold spectrum

and there's "horny for minecraft" in its own non-intersecting bubble

this now includes the "ROBOT FUCKER SUPERSTRUCTURE" which I just can't belive I had to add

also adds a "clone fucking" bubble

also adds the new "clown fucker pendulum" that goes from "clowns" to "klowns" and intersects the triangle

also also also we've got all kinds of updates in this one including the CENOBITE INCURSION

includes the PENTAGON OF SHAME for things that no one should have asked about

ive run out of characters lol
