I am so grateful my sons are wholly un-tempted by online gambling, sports betting, and prediction markets. They might do the occasional stupid thing. But they don't do that stupid thing. My youngest even mocks my math skills when I buy my semi-annual lottery ticket.

I'm very curious if this is a reporting issue. Does the U have a staggering rape problem or are those students more likely to report than other schools? I don't doubt Utah's culture of repression leads to more sexual violence but to be that much above other much larger schools is shocking.

Or they can take on a lot more responsibility for the same pay They are all getting out at their 1st opportunity and transferring their skills to the private sector and rake it in. Probably doing the same job as a contractor. And good for them being active duty should not be a financial punishment

My dad put away so much money for retirement. He died suddenly at 74. My mom had dementia and died at 78. Despite all the money that went to her care there was still a LOT left when she passed. My brothers got most of it but I'm using my inheritance to travel. I'm not guaranteed time.

I have biked in the Nethetlands in the winter. It's cold. The rain comes at you from every direction. It can be icy. It's windy. Did I say cold. You just dress for it and get on with it because the infrastructure will support the bike commute.
