That's why vegans get told to take b12 supplements, bc they get NONE. The funny thing us, most ppl are in a b12 defecit even if they eat meat without knowing it, so supplements are reccomended for everyone, not just vegans.

To the best of my understanding, livestock is fed b12 supplements for OUR sake. We don't get it naturally bc, get this, we clean out veggies too well. Its found in soil and stuff, is what im told. Meat has "natural" b12 because livestock eats grass.
