Heatwaves are becoming more frequent, and more intense, as a result of climate change. Ireland's Climate Action Plan does not detail how we will reduce emissions in line with our legally binding carbon budgets & Minister Darragh O'Brien has stated that Ireland will miss its 2030 climate targets. 🧵
