The #LibDems have a clear plan to fix #Oxfordshire’s roads, with a record £59 million budgeted to tackle years of neglect under Conservative rule. It’s such a strong plan that the Conservatives couldn’t even bring themselves to oppose it in a recent council meeting.

Today, I visited the A361 near Wardington to check on the progress of the repairs. While the road was initially expected to remain closed for several months, I’m delighted to share that Oxfordshire County Council has acted quickly to organise the works, and the road will be reopening very soon!

Nobody should be scared to swim in their local bathing spots for fear of getting ill from sewage. It's time to abolish Ofwat and bring in a real regulator with real teeth to clamp down on this disgraced industry.
