Atlanta usually gets 3.81 inches of rainfall in April. According to Chris Holcomb, the Chief Meteorologist for 11Alive, Atlanta's NBC affiliate, the city has received only 0.13 inches of rainfall (all on Easter Sunday) so far. Climate change is real, folks
