Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 07/10/2026I’m pretty sure that anyone who knew anything about F1 would have told you otherwise. I believe you posted about it (your optimism). I may even have thought about replying, but you tbh, what’s the point? 000
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 07/10/2026I have UC and am on a 5yr screen. Used to be yearly but symptoms are controlled. The occasional polyp but none found in the last two. The prep is not good, the procedure a non event and the sleep, just lovely. 000
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 05/10/2026I live here and hate them, but the legal ones were never a problem. Kids on e motorbikes isn’t good. 140
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 04/10/2026Sorry, not sure what you mean? We use agent based DNS filtering for our clients and if the Ad block or Cyber Security option is enabled, even when we configure devices to use a specific DNS server, the request is ignored and we go via whatever service they use. 210
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 04/10/2026In my experience, the ubiquiti DNS filtering breaks any device bound filtering solution and so we no longer enable it for our clients. 100
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 28/09/2026We don't go to dog parks, but do go to the beach most days. It's off lead, but a few owners seems to think that means all care, no responsibility. My boy dog can be reactive so it's all the more annoying when people don't control theirs. 150
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 18/09/2026They’ve all become quite lazy I feel with their government support. 100
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 16/09/2026It’s stunning isn’t it? A multi millionaire who would probably become even more popular, caving when smaller artists take a stand. I don’t know who half these artists are, but they have more resolve than ed. 020
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 11/09/2026Are you in a race this weekend or just visiting? KB Parkrun this morning was pretty, but grey sky’s. 101
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 05/09/2026It was! But such a good event. My first road race since knee surgery 2yrs ago 010
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 04/09/2026I was 20 something when I saw it for the first time in person and only then realised that the version of 1066 I was taught at school was just a little different to how the Normans saw it! 000
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 03/09/2026That is how it will grow, as people can take the risk, buy a one day pass and not have to make a huge financial commitment to attend. Whilst it might not be PI, it will definitely make up for its location. 000
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 03/09/2026The racing is normally good, but it’s a hell of a commitment to buy a 3 day pass if you’re not staying on the island or fancy 3 days of camping in noisy, smelly, muddy campgrounds. Adelaide will provide a great space for families and casual attendance. 220
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 03/09/2026Once inside you are at the mercy of the stall holders who are probably being extorted by the circuit owners. There is nowhere else to go. The weather is brutal. In summer it can’t be extremely hot, in spring it is marginal and variable. 120
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 03/09/2026Phillip island is 165km from the airport, 125km from the CBD, is accessible via one major road from Melbourne that is aggressively policed during the weekend. Accomodation is expensive and sparse. The circuit has got better, but it is not friendly. 130
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 03/09/2026Adelaide is a smallish city in South Australia. Having said that, it’s blessed with good weather, lovely beaches and is well served by good international airport only a few kms from the centre. It has a pop of around 1.5m people who turn out for large events. 240
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 29/08/2026Drinking and drunks from 9am. I have friends who live in Adelaide and this will be completely different. I am excited for the change 000
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 29/08/2026I used to live in Victoria, have raced at PI. And whilst a great circuit to ride, it’s a horrible circuit for fans. Expensive accommodation, hard to get to, extremely over policed. Not family friendly in any way. 130
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 26/08/2026I am still gainfully employed, so iCloud Drive for me and OneDrive for them, seperate profiles but all sync’s up. 010
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 26/08/2026I can keep the M1 here but am trading the hot and noisy Intel MBP. It seems extravagant to keep the M1 and M5 but I will cope. 010
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 26/08/2026But so torn today…cancel MBP and save money and replace with Mini but that doesn’t solve the flexibility I want with the MBP. What a terrible scenario to be placed in…. 210
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 26/08/2026I just bought a new MB M5 Pro yesterday! I use a M1 Mini and it truthfully is the best computer I’ve had. But it ties me to my desk and sometimes I need to move. The MBP will replace my Intel MBP 16 from 2021 that spins its fans and with 1hr battery life. 100
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 23/08/2026It’s been a long road. Slowly getting back, don’t ever think I’ll be doing ultras again and road is not my happy place. But progress is still progress, however you make it. 000
Cejay @cliffordjones.au · 21/08/2026@cm1277.bsky.social are you still doing K2PD this weekend? If so, good luck. 100
