I do blame the oligarchy. I still don’t think it’s ok to murder them. If one person can be judge, jury, and executioner, anyone can be judge, jury, and executioner. Consider that everyone has different opinions on who the bad guys are, example: Tim McVeigh believed that his actions were justified.
