the sheer number of web apps I've not paid for bc I couldn't do this—let the users make these decisions or they'll soon be generating their own instead thought I'd test doing a prototype build in @v0.dev pretty impressed! needs some aesthetic tweaks but overall fast and some very nice .tsx bts

been experimenting with UI for genAI—a progressive disclosure approach to create a separation of concerns (where we decompose the build into a sequence of narrow, high-context steps) feels like a step in the right direction built with @shadcn.com and some custom tweaking

I'm big on fluid #CSS but I'm also kinda lazy and want 1 value to do 100 things. I find the visual parity of relative units in typography when scaling can be a little unpredictable. It's a small pedantic thing but I'm lazy AND pedantic sue me see comments (sorry for format I'm thinking out loud)

✨ I just published a new post, and it’s all about one of the most mind-blowing new CSS features: subgrid. Honestly, when I first heard about subgrid, I figured it’d be a convenient little utility. I had no idea it would solve one of the most longstanding issues I’ve had with CSS. 😮 Check it out:

Subgrid allows us to extend a grid template down through the DOM tree, so that deeply-nested elements can participate in the same grid layout. At first glance, I thought this would be a helpful conven...

Experimenting with new & old CSS in Webflow and have made a cloneable that includes animating the dialog with starting-style & allow-discrete, the light-dark() function (with a workaround for a bug in Webflow’s compiler) and more! Site: css-modal.webflow.io Cloneable: webflow.com/made-in-webf...

Decided to really dive into creative asset generation with Midjourney for some spec work for the latest Webflow x Contra challenge and am pretty impressed with how quickly you can get output close to what you were imagining—(see comments) #WebflowChallenge #Webflow #Contra #Midjourney

Modern CSS is cool and all but I've gotten to a point where if I break concentration everything becomes an ancient dialect no one's ever seen before 🫠 #css #moderncss #css4 #frontend #webdesign #webdev #fluidcss #fluidresponsive #containerqueries
css code using where, not, wildcard, child and containing selectors with container query index inside of clamp.
