It should be ours as well, as least for about a third of the day. Conclusion of this highly powered (n=1) scientific study: most dogs are smarter than most humans 😊

Thank you @blueastronaut.bsky.social for introducing me to this album. I agree with your comments. For me, it's also #windy, #woody, #awakening, #clocking, #oscillating, and #endogenous. At this point, it's quite possible that I'll want to listen to it every 24 hours 😊 #circadian

No law can turn winter into summer. Daylight Saving Time forces early waking, chronically deprives sleep. Permanent Standard Time aligns clocks to circadian rhythms for health! #DitchDST #SaveStandardTime #SleepHealth #MAHA

Meme: Panel from a vintage comic book: Robin (the Boy Wonder) begins to say “I like Daylight Saving—”. Batman (the World’s Greatest Detective) slaps him with the good-sense reply “No, you like summer!”

On nous demande souvent notre avis sur les effets sanitaires du changement d'heure ou sur le retarde du debut des heures de classe a l'école. Voici une une excellente revue systématique de la littérature qui fait le point sur le sujet, et qui mérite d'être lue. @inserm.bsky.social @cnrs.bsky.social

Thank you for choosing to discuss our work. Happy to discuss it with anyone interested. We have new data slowly cooking confirming of this finding, and we additionally find a striking weekly rhythm. Fascinating. Will post it as soon as available on BiorXiv 😊 #circadian #clock #sleep #weekly #lunar

Hello BlueSky, good morning all. For my first message here I'm sharing my current view, in a train at 300 km/h between Lyon and Paris (France). Beautiful #countryside, in Burgundy, green/brown trees, white cows, deep grass, peaceful, somewhere near the place I spent my childhood. #Happy day.
