My right-wing suburb got hit with this. The city put out a statement claiming they have no idea why we're on DHS's shitlist, but it's obviously because we use the San Diego Sheriffs for law enforcement, and they have some "sanctuary" type policies -- as do most local law enforcement agencies!

We CANNOT wait until 2027. Also, there's no POINT waiting until 2027, because the BEST CASE SCENARIO for 2026 is winning the barest of majorities in the House and Senate, which does not actually make impeachment substantively easier. We'll still need Senate Republicans. If we have 16, we have 20.
