Goldie the cat sitting on my spouse's lap. She WAS at death's door but somehow the silly fluff decided to start eating. The blood transfusion probably helped. She has IMHA, a severe type of anemia but we don't know the root cause yet. Still waiting for actual diagnosis.

HUGE thank you everyone for your support for our kitty Goldie! I honestly didn't expect her to eat 😭 I don't know how long more we will have her, but this is a blessing. She is our fur child, our comfort in these times. We love having her sleep at the end of the bed, or climb onto our laps purring🙀

Update on our kitty. Goldie has IMHA "Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia", it's a symptom not the cause. It all depends now if we can get her to eat and accept the new meds. Sorry for the multiple posts. Here is cat tax

Still on my great road trip from Austin to Chicago, and was thrilled to be able to find a Malaysian restaurant near Dallas! It was so lovely to talk to fellow Malaysians at Malacca Cafe, and eat satay, roti bakar, teh tarik, and kon lau wan tan mee again

Been trying to keep to writing-related posts. But that is TWO green card holders (like me) detained in US, threatened to be revoked. Really feel for the wife waiting 4 hours at the airport to pick up her German long time-US PR husband, not knowing he was detained, stripped naked, denied his meds🤢

Overjoyed to find good friends fm Scotland I've lost contact w/ 10 years! 😭 To sum up I've -found had repressed childhood trauma -spent years refusing therapy -accepted therapy after bouts of self harm -reluctantly diagnosed ADHD -2024 right dosage of meds 4 everything -Finally writing again 🌻🌳
