Thanks! I'm not as weirded out about the "approaching 50" thing as a lot of my generation. Last year a coworker said, "You're halfway to 90!", and "closer to 50" just seems so much better by comparison.

I'm not saying dubbing has no uses. Blind people, for example, wouldn't be helped by subtitles. But don't default to assuming that someone who clicked on a foreign-language video doesn't want to hear the foreign language.
