🌍✨ Human Rights Day reminds us of a milestone: on December 10, 1948, the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, affirming dignity, equality, and freedom for all. Since then, this day has been a global call to protect and practice those rights in everyday life.

Between 2009 and 2019, youth voter turnout in EU elections climbed steadily - up 13 percentage points. But in 2024, the trend reversed. 64 % of young people intended to vote. Only 36% actually did - a 6% drop from 2019. The visuals speak volumes: awareness is growing, but participation is slipping.

💬 Did you know? In many EU countries, less than 30% of young people engage in formal political activities like voting or joining parties, but over 60% participate in protests or online activism.
