Taking the SSRI plunge. Nervous to start new meds but looking forward to seeing what "normal" feels like, no matter how long it takes. Ready to hug my anxious inner child scared of everything and tell her it gets better.

If you see this, please repost with a favourite photo of the sky that you've taken recently. Most recent I have is the first sunset after Debby back in August lmao. Still beautiful ❤

You are allowed to celebrate good things that are happening today: your birthday, a book coming out, new baby, new puppy, seeing your favorite piece of art in person, etc. Joy is the knife that stabs into the heart of despair & apathy. Feel your joys, big & small, & share them widely & loudly.

Had a really cool and awesome type of dream my brain likes to do sometimes where it amplifies a past stressful event & mixes it w/ a phobia, creating the ultimate anxiety dream. I wake up in a pool of cortisol

I can’t emphasize enough that it’s not a compliment to an artist to tell them that their work makes you want to quit drawing or hate your own work. Like shut that down before it even comes out
