Whenever i do a Fanart piece, I try to do a different style or use different brushes etc. I want to keep growing discovering as an artist. So this time I actually forced myself to keep line details to a minimum with the colours being what defines the painting rather than line art. ...

I had forgotten id made this. Was looking for some pics for a post. This was one of the few times I did any character masks. I don't make them anymore. I prefer just straight realistic creature masks. But this one was fun to do. #propmaker #theatrecostume #cosplaymask #maskmaker #creatureart

Chompers gonna gitcha. Cosclay, acrylic, lots of wire, love, angst. #cosclay #sculpture #fantasyart #creature

Photograph of a sculpture against a light grey background. The sculpture is a brown-grey thorn branch twisting away from the camera, with some green leaves at the far end. In the middle the twist turns up a bit, and supports a Strawberry Bird - which is a bright red and yellow bird with green leaves at the back that is a strawberry. Some seeds in the front form a mouth with disturbingly bitey chompers.

When I was ten, 9/11 hadn't happened yet. Only 2% of Americans had home internet access. We still had snow in October and my biggest concern was catching new Gargoyles episodes. I would have answered something stupid about robot butlers. These kids have been let down.

Next year,i will be shifting my 3d builds and focus onto this project. I have realised that unless I go almost full time on it,I won't ever get to bring it to life This is a huge and scary change. I have no idea if this will be received with much interest by others, but it is something i need to do

Next year I will shifting focus onto this project
