So, the reason we're seeing all these stories suggesting Sinners isn't going to be profitable is because WB signed a deal that gives director Ryan Coogler all rights to the movie after 25 years. And other studios are terrified of "directors ultimately owning their films" becoming the norm.

Bringing this favorite from the bad place over to the good place... You will never find more serious film criticism than CinemaSins.

There are two panels from The Batman of Bruce driving through the city. One panel contains movie narration that says "Murders, robberies, assault." The 2nd panel has an arrow at a Little Caesar's billboard while the narration says "Little Caesars" in a Batman voice as though it's part of the list of the city's ills.
