Until this evening it was like a whole ass month since I properly socialized with someone other than my family, and this was definitely needed. For a period I felt I was becoming manic and mentally ill on here and I really do think it was because I was so starved for genuine human connection.

The roller coaster tragedy at Six Flags is awful. But I'm also very disgusted by the discourse that's now arising around blocking overweight people from going on those rides. Plus-sized people deserve to have fun. Designers of the rides should ensure they can be safely accommodated.
