TIL that Spotify changed how they handle apps in development mode for their WebAPI. VGTunes uses this API to search for albums and gather information about them. To continue using it, I will have to pay for the service. This is their right, but VGTunes is a FOSS project with no regular funding.

Your application will be blocked from the Web API at '2026-03-09' unless you have a Spotify Premium subscription. Upgrade to Spotify Premium to access the Web API and unlock additional features for your app.

After 47h 17m 28s, I finally completed the main quest of #Silksong. I did it with the first crest and its odd moveset that nobody loved, but I found it fun and different to play. It is probably the most frustrating yet, at the same time, most rewarding experience in my gaming life. What a game!
