Toasted up a slice of the boule 99 baked yesterday. With butter it’s remarkably delicious! The subtle warmth of the Aleppo pepper blooms with the toasting and the butter brings it out. I think I may have stumbled onto something here. 🤔

The flu vaccine isn’t yet at the pharmacy but the COVID shot is, so I’ve done that this morning. Remember peoples, it won’t prevent you from catching COVID but it is designed to keep you out of hospital if (if!) you do.

Most, if not all, in this area at least, are brick and mortar shops. There are a precious few chip wagons about, but none I know of offer chips which is a damn shame. So yeah, fixed costs will make margins tight. I haven’t heard of blind substitutions but word travels fast here.
