Man they really took some liberties with the story in the French version of CODE 3:

What is the plot of the film Code 3?
Just days before Christmas, Salvo and Valentino, two nurses originally from Sicily but now living in Milan, are struggling to juggle their work responsibilities with their families back on the island. Their already complicated lives are turned upside down when they stumble upon a magical portal, hidden in a trash can, that transports them from one place to another in an instant. Initially thrilled, they quickly realize that this fantastic discovery doesn't solve all their problems... and might even create new ones.

There is a fine boundary between realistic and disgusting and this "work of art" is way beyond that border. Somebody in Hollywood really thought the
"puke in ambulance" opening scene is something worth to be on screen? That person, the writer and the director are in badly need for psychiatric help. I can't even begin to imagine what a sad life they are living.

Man you hear about the shit paramedics deal with but you don't ACTUALLY hear it and you don't see it. This was definitely an eye opener, made me laugh and made me cry like a baby. Best of both worlds. Paramedics deserve more and so do health workers in general. America setup a broken system, so America can suck MY dick
