Some replies are suggesting that the EU would behave differently in the case of a UK breach from how it has previously behaved. Such suggestions were also made throughout the Brexit talks and post-Brexit disputes, but repeatedly proved wrong in practice.

60 years since Lütticke (57/65) 🥛 The Court ruled that what is now Article 110 TFEU – prohibiting Member States from taxing products from other Member States more heavily than similar domestic products – has direct effect and creates individual rights that national courts must protect.

The 6 Nations is always full of surprises. The last match was so fast and intense and nerve wracking. Last week, Scotland kicked France in the teeth but lost to Ireland today and England gave its best performance of the tournament only to lose agst France by a wiggle. Rugby is THE beautiful game!
