I’ve seen Alexander Armstrong, Sir David Attenborough, Gabby Logan and Jeremy Clarkson all travel on the train I regularly use to go to London… I reckon this could make a great tv show… TV Stars in Standard Class… a bit like Stellar Street but on a train and with the real people!

It’s probably not trauma you’re talking about and you probably haven’t been triggered. It’s important to stop using clinical terminology in everyday situations. it’s important to stop medicalising relatively normal disruptions in mood and thoughts. Mind your language and mind your mental health.
