#Apple sold you a Siri from the future, then charged you in the present. Now there's a $250M settlement — $25 to $95 per phone if you bought a 15 Pro or any 16 between June 2024 and March 2025. I checked mine. Did you get yours, or is Apple keeping your money too?

1980: "10 Megabyte Hard Disk - $3,495*" *Factory rebuilt. A brand-new one was $4,495. The controller to actually use it: another $1,495. Today a 1TB microSD the size of a fingernail holds 100,000x more and costs about $75. That's $349.50 per megabyte then. $0.000075 per megabyte now.

Me beaming app windows between Macs, delighted.
Nerikomi. Construction: Layered clay inlays construct eyes, nose, mouth, hair and body; matching sliced coloured-clay slabs form every subject, never a realistic face on ceramic scenery.
Palette: cobalt, porcelain white, ochre. Marks: clay inlays.
Composition: Open palms,5 digits; avoid clutter.
thin dark rectangular glasses, spiky black hair. Photo: head and glasses shape only.
Construct the entire image at one level of abstraction using this material recipe: every face, body, hand, prop, screen and background. Model features as material shapes, with the same construction throughout.
Pose: Two natural arms, elbows at his sides, each open hand beside a freestanding Mac; all fingertips clear of laptop edges. Blank window panels travel between Macs.
Pose each visible hand so its thumb and all four fingers are individually visible and separated; keep the full hand clear of props.
Use unmarked props and plain surfaces throughout, including clothing; screens and floating window panels are blank shapes.
Upper body in frame; relaxed, natural arms.
Face in the same medium, never a photo.
