I break it up as needed — some of the sets of 100 are wi no break, sometimes I do 50-70, rest a few secs, do the rest, etc: the point is, no matter how it breaks up, or in what order, by bedtime it all gets done. When I started 2yrs ago I could do 3 sets of fifteen push ups. Now I’m up to 1400 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not every day, but I’d say 3 days/wk min, max 6. I avg 4-5 days a week. Since it’s almost all no equipment (except for the curls, lateral raises, and step-ups, which use two 12lb dumbbells) I just do them in any order, anywhere, anytime, whenever I get the chance. My body responds well to chaos! 🤣
