Every Dunmer has a 5.3% chance of throwing a pie in your face when you get within 4 feet of them. #TheElderScrolls #Oblivion

Khajiit always keep miniaturized versions of either joke books or steamy romance novels hidden just under their fur, on the off chance they get thrown in jail. #TheElderScrolls #Oblivion

If you can afford to spend $100m to buy legislation, you have proven why you should be taxed. If there was an ounce of justice in the world, he would be taxed twice as much punitively.

I would offer my 3rd monitor that isn't being used right now, but I may be getting a new setup any month now and I'd go back to using it. ;n;

Recreating some old-school weekend morning nostalgia. Playing Halo 2 with a Hyperkin Duchess controller and the Shaderglass app to recreate a CRT TV look. :)

A photo of Halo 2 being played on a monitor, with a Hyperkin Duchess controller being held up. The game has the player in a tank, on a bridge, fighting purple alien vehicles, and the sky is orange. The corners of the screen warped in from the Shaderglass App to emulate an old CRT tube TV, along with pixelization, scanlines, and chromatic aberration.

The Trusty Argonian Blade Volume I, Part III (Book text in the alt text) #TheElderScrolls #Oblivion

A screenshot of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, of a book being read from the player's inventory.

The book's text is as follows:

The Trusty Argonian Blade
Volume I, Part III

Narrator: Our heroine, having finished her business in Cheydinhal, sets off into the wilderness.

Lifts-Her-Flail: So the Fighters guild has a bounty on goblins in the area. That shouldn’t be too hard.

Goblin: “Too hard”? I’ll show you something that’s too hard!

Lifts-Her-Flail: By the Nine, if your innuendo is meant as a romantic advance, I will flay you!

Goblin: W-what? No! Never! I merely wish to stab at you with my hardened steel sword, forged by the finest smiths in all of the goblin kingdom.

Lifts-Her-Flail: Ah. I see. But it is still a double entendre meant to signify the difficulty of the fight with you?

Goblin: I did not intend it as such, but yes. You could construe it that way.

Lifts-Her-Flail: I see… But that still fails to explain why you are almost nude.

Goblin: Ah! That. I spent my life savings of fish bones on the aforementioned sword. You see, in goblin society, we toil thanklessly for a meager portion of the capital from the nobility of- You’ve sliced my arms off when I was monologuing, didn’t you?

Lifts-Her-Flail: Yes, I did.

Goblin: Well played.

I know there is a hell of a lot going on right now. But not all of it is bad. Some is astonishingly good - like the results of this study from June. Cervical cancer is a terribly cruel thing. This might, at long last, be the beginning of the end of it. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

BBC News headline "Young women now have 'close to zero' risk of cervical cancer death after HPV jab"

Currently looking for someone who might be interested in voicing a cocky, laid-back spy who'll invariably present as either masc or femme (mostly masc) for short vids. Ideally I'd like to find a nonbinary/genderfluid VA who'd be comfortable in this sort of role. Any interested folks with VA rates?

So I don't know if I will ever seriously and consistently go back to Destiny if it starts getting updates or unvaults content. I stopped playing after 10 years because I was just tired of it, and Space Marine 2's combat is so good it made me reevaluate how much fun I actually have in other shooters.
