The chief merit of expanding the court is that it's the fastest quick-fix bandaid. And we urgently need such a fix. After that is done, the GOP no longer has a vested interest in the status quo. So we can then start and pass a constitutional amendment to do this right.

A shitload of Medicare coverage decisions are subjective. Do I need a power or manual wheelchair? Huge cost difference and every case is different. How likely am I to catch pheumonia without a $5000 cough assist machine? this is BAD - going to lead to the worst kind of prior auth gatekeeping.

Same thing happened to me. Bed sores can grow to the size of a fist and cut down to muscle and bone in just a few days. Nobody warned me. As a paraplegic, no pain The hospital's plan was to send me straight to hospice. So we spent a shitload of $ on home care. After 3 months wound is near fixed
