How do I fight my child's new no phone in school policy? Until gun laws are stricter, I do not want my child to not have their phone on them, especially since they did have a potential shooter at school just this school year. I refuse to follow it, what are my rights as a parent?

(Spoilers obviously)I'm not even usually a hater but yeah that new episode of Doctor Who was really bad. I guess the tabloid were right. It starts off pretty normal (albeit not great) but then after the first ending it went off the rails and became a farce.

Doctor Who spoilers. I've seen a lot of people arguing about what Rouge's cameo meant and whether or not it was a good idea. Here is my take: Rouge wasn't actually there, but it was part of The Doctor's subconscious breaking through.

However, they do suffer at times because of certain bad writing and odd choices. Anyways, it doesn't help that the most vocal majority of the Star Wars fans are men children that have no media literacy or hate change or new ideas I believe this is holding star wars as a franchise as well.

I agree most of the reason Star Wars is in its current state is because of the reaction to the sequels got. Which were dominated by the people that say pronouns are woke and all that jazz. The sequels were alright they were the movies that got me into star wars

The irony of making Darth Vader's voice ai (regardless of what it is in) is that not only is he more machine than man in the movie, he's now more machine than man in real life. Whatever happened to movie magic?

I've seen some debate over what "broke" Star Wars. Some recently have been saying it was The Mandalorian having Luke. I disagree. Star Wars broke as a result of the The Last Jedi. Not the film itself, but rather Disney's response to it. (Continued below)

Every time I offer this, I get tons of interest & then no response after & it's been hurtful. So do not reply if you dont intend to read it! Thank you!

Spoilers? The new season of Doctor Who is off to a bad start imo. They wiped out the earth last season. They did the "woman keeps showing up" thing last season. I can (sorta) justify recycling stuff from RTD1 and the Classic series but recycling last year's season?

I remember those awful days when "Firework" by Katy Perry was everywhere. Everywhere you went you had to hear the stupid "make em go ah ah ah." It was annoying the first time you heard it and only got worse from there. Thank God people don't like her anymore.

I remember someone once told me to listen to a song by Greta Van Fleet. I was like "I know people say this band is a Led Zeppelin rip-off but sure it can't be THAT BAD, right?" and then I listened and they even copied the plane sounds from Whole Lotta Love. Have they no shame?

I think the Switch 2 will suffer in sales because a lot of people (families especially) can't buy it due to their economic conditions. I don't think it will have anything to do with people not wanting to buy it because of the price. It will just be that those people just simply can't afford it.
