After arriving we had to stand in the pissing rain, waiting in the entry line at the east gate for 30 minutes. Eventually gave up and left, but managed to swap tickets to tomorrow, where better weather is predicted. 020

The wood had a number of flaws that required patching, then finished with linseed oil and the end result is just gorgeous. Camphor laurel is a beautiful timber to work with (and smells amazing!) #notmadewithAI 040
