I don’t think people understand how bad inflation is set to spike this fall due to Trump and Diesel prices. Wholesale data is BAD. Since July.. Wheat, a base staple of agriculture, has jumped from $600 to $750 per 5k bushel. Corn, the widest produced crop in the US, has gone from $425 to $530.

The one saving grace from the Trump administration is their own incompetence. If he’d have simply stepped back during Covid, they likely win in 2020. If he’d not driven the US into a forever war with Iran before midterms, they likely win. Instead, they got what drives voters - INFLATION.

Have we hit the “no inflation report” timeline yet. CPI has gone from 2.4% when I posted this, steadily up .1-.2% a month, to 3.0% today - on a delayed report. Same day, White House says there is no expected report for October. Trump is the final nail in the middle class coffin.
