Epstein files. Document 1296-17 has names redacted. Document 1332-16 is the exact same document with no redactions -- and Trump is named in that one. Check out the (somewhat) searchable Epstein Library on the DOJ website and see for yourself. They are redacting Trump's name.

Pam Bondi should be disbarred. Anyone can file a complaint. And every American now has knowledge of misconduct. Americans everywhere could flood the FL Bar with complaints, based on her testimony before the Senate committee. Visit The FL Bar's website to find the PDF for the Inquiry/Complaint Form.

She and Collins are birds of a feather. They express “concerns” and then vote against their own principles because they just don’t have the inner courage to stand up and do what they know is right, and is in their power to do. They can’t bring themselves to use their power.

Part of the problem is they get much of what they want just by creating uncertainty, even if the courts ultimately stop them. If you’re a foreign student who can get into Havard you can go anywhere. Are you really committing four years of your life (and a hefty tuition) under these circumstances?

I think this happened BEFORE the administration ordered international students out oh Harvard or they would lose there legal status. So I guess they are just thumbing their nose at another federal court order?

The USDA is demanding the SSN and addresses of all SNAP recipients on record since Jan. 1, 2020. The USDA says states that don't comply with their demands could risk the withholding of funds related to states’ administration of SNAP. Tech Policy Strategist @nschneidman.bsky.social had this to say:
This is a template for lawlessness that can be used by other agencies beyond USDA...SNAP beneficiaries did not forfeit their right to privacy when they applied to receive assistance for their most basic human needs.

there's so many layers of fraud and abuse in this story that "someone might have been trying to log into the NLRB's systems with a valid Doge username and password from russia" doesn't even make it into the first 5,000 words
Within minutes after DOGE accessed the NLRB's systems, someone with an IP address in Russia started trying to log in, according to Berulis' disclosure. The attempts were "near real-time," according to the disclosure. Those attempts were blocked, but they were especially alarming. Whoever was attempting to log in was using one of the newly created DOGE accounts — and the person had the correct username and password, according to Berulis. While it's possible the user was disguising their location, it's highly unlikely they'd appear to be coming from Russia if they wanted to avoid suspicion, cybersecurity experts interviewed by NPR explained.
