Coming out of hibernation to mention that I’ll be doing a Pokemon podcast once again, with an aim of getting the first episode out next week to talk about the Pokemon Presents. More soon.

Third-party D&D creators, are you comfortable including bastion-compatible material in upcoming 5.5E products given that it wasn't included in the new SRD?

My therapy assignment over the past few days was to have a conversation with someone I've never talked with before and I'm failing it very hard.

Just passed 60,000 words. My mind has been a bit of mess over the past few days, but I'm trying very hard to get this novel wrapped up before I start working full time again.

Today I retire from Wizards of the Coast after 28 years. With D&D’s 50th anniversary wrapping up and the revised rulebooks doing gangbusters, this is the perfect fairytale ending for me. I can’t wait to enjoy D&D purely as a fan again, knowing the game is in good hands. See you in the Feywild!

When Paizo says "Runelords," my ears perk up. Give us the full AP trilogy in 2E form.

LOL make that 40,000 words. Being unemployed gives you time to write novels apparently.

In important D&D miniatures news, WizKids is producing a Themberchaud wyrmling and chromatic wyrmlings in a robe miniatures. Both are available now on their website.

If you are a Wizards employee or former Wizards employee that has insight into the launch of Sigil and the subsequent dismissal of most of its team, please reach out.

It turns out immigrating and saving for a new place is expensive! So, I am looking for some freelance or contract work outside of the tabletop industry. I'd be a shoe-in for editing, copywriting, marketing, and educational content development. DM me, or email here: chasewritesthings@gmail.com

A friendly reminder that Pokemon generally sees Blastoise as the villain of the Pokemon franchise.

My latest for Screen Rant: Hasbro's CEO keeps talking about AI and D&D, which flies in the face of what D&D's stewards keep saying about D&D.

"The fun thing about time and its linearity is that you can't be ready. It's a rowboat because you're looking in the opposite direction to where you're headed. You can only see the past. You can't see the future. That's what's so exciting." ~ Brennan Lee Mulligan
