A smaller note for the arm physics: Depending on the model the lower arm physics (forearm, wrist, hands, and fingers) might activate too much. If they are rigged on a blendshape you can tell them to turn off when T-pose is activated!

Quick #L2DBreakdown for T-posing. Outside of normal arm params I also use an adjustment parameter to move the arms fully up (you can test this by activating all arm params). If your arm physics are based on x-position you can add the t-pose param as an angle input. This forces the arms to stay up!
