3 months. 3,000 downloads for our Science Advances @science.org commentary on precision medicine's blind spot in women's health. One ask: share it with one person who decides what gets studied — a chair, an editor, a funder, a policymaker. www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...

My conversation with Robin Strongin on Health Dame podcast is up. Thanks to @ccfamilies.org for sharing it. We dig into why only 8.8% of NIH funding addresses women's health, the 95x ROI we found for women's CVD research, and what funders, journals, and institutions can do to close the evidence gap.

Our current work builds on this by quantifying the exact data gaps in cardiovascular disease. When clinical models fail to account for sex-disaggregated biomarkers, precision diagnostics fail. How big is the problem? DM @haalibrahim.bsky.social or me to discuss our approach to measuring the gaps.
