Hop on Blazblue, and don't forget to download the Improvement Mod! It adds a hitbox viewer, replay takeover, a few new game modes, and the ability to make custom sprites. Really nice QOL for an already incredible game.

Ah man :( Bummed for the devs, both with this news & the previous round of layoffs. Best wishes for landing on your feet in this messed up industry. Good that players will still be able to play at least. I hope someone writes a book on what happened with 2XKO someday. Gotta be some stories there

That's never happened to anyone I've seen, and I'm in like every BlazBlue Discord >.>' But anyway, the main BBCord has a matchmaking bot now, and it tracks ranks, so you don't even have to interact with people anymore if you don't want to

I'm gonna need a LOT more playtesting before I commit to that 😅 I've made some custom arts for proxies I'll make, but there's a lot of characters to get through before that too. Thanks for the recommendation though! I'll take a look for sure!

BlazBlue Central Fiction! Characters do WILDLY different things, not unlike commanders. Right now I'm working on tuning up my Tsubaki deck, because I didn't really like how it plays. I'm also starting a new deck, Arakune. I've been stuck on which commander to choose, but finally landed on Varolz!

I am turning characters from my favorite fighting game into decks. I did this because I'm new to MTG, but not to card games. I know how to play, but I don't know the cards. This is my excuse to look up tons of cards and explore tons of mechanics

Looked into the wiki for you, and she can! Not full reverse beat, but she can do it from 5B, 2B, j.B, and j.C. Might be more options, but that's what the wiki says

Vector art of Arakune from the Blazblue fighting games. He's a black blob with a scarlet glow and a mask for a face, with various appendages and limbs resembling insect parts, as well as eyeballs and an entire mouth. Bloody red splatters of ink completely envelop the image. A sharp appendage is pointed straight at the viewer.
